Staff Profiles

Tim Concannon, President

Tim has been preparing tax returns professionally since 2006. He regularly prepares federal and state returns for individuals, families, and small businesses. He is knowledgeable about the tax issues affecting rental property owners, sophisticated investors, freelancers, multi-state filers, and foreign income earners.
Tim has experience preparing annual tax returns for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs), executors, trustees, charitable foundations, and employee retirement plans.
In the aftermath of the financial crisis, groups of tax professionals and attorneys frequently called upon Tim to share his expertise in helping clients who had suffered a foreclosure avoid adverse tax consequences.
Before starting his own practice, Tim prepared tax returns at several CPA firms, a law firm, and a trust company. He studied taxation at New York University School of Law. He holds a J.D. from Fordham University and a B.A. from McGill University in Montreal.

Pauline Concannon, Tax Preparer

Pauline is retired from a career as a tax preparer, bookkeeper, and high school math teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine. She works part-time assisting clients of Concannon Tax and full-time as Tim’s mother.
